Ok, we weren’t really under fire, but Wisconsin Wing Encampment did have a great day ‘firing’. Basic School’s Squadron 1 (Flights: Alpha, Bravo & Charlie) was briefed on and participated in High Risk Entry Facility (HREF) training. Cadets were taught how to safely enter buildings before taking part in an air soft course. HREF is always a huge hit with the Cadets. Cadet Development Course spent the day on the range, learning about firearm safety and working towards their marksmanship badge. Tomorrow will be equally as exciting – so make sure to check back for all of the great updates.
As an update: Volk Field Security does not have enough personnel to staff Pass in Review, so we will not be having visitors on base for the ceremony.
