| Wisconsin Wing has just learned that Volk Field Air National Guard Base is working on a plan to allow attendance to your cadet’s final graduation ceremony, pass-in-review. All rules/regulations regarding access to Volk Field come directly from Volk Field Security, there are no exceptions to what is listed below! Please note the total number of attendees will be limited! Registration will be on a first-come first-serve basis. All attendees MUST be pre-registered via the registration form or they will NOT be allowed on base. Graduation Parade (Pass in Review): Saturday, July 2nd at 11:00amIn order to allow time to get through security, arrival time will open at 9:30am. To attend this event you MUST register with your FULL LEGAL NAME prior to Tuesday, June 28th at 11:00am (CST).Registration is limited and will be first-come first-serve *NO late registrations will be accepted per Volk Field Security – no exceptions! EVENT DETAILS: 1. When registering, use FULL LEGAL NAME for each person in the vehicle. Each person MUST be registered or they will not be allowed on base. 2. Government issued ID will be required at Security Check-in. No exceptions! 3. The Graduation Parade (Pass in Review), starts at 11:00am. Please plan to arrive early in order to complete base security check-in. Arrivals can start at 9:30am. 4. Visitors must report to Building 475 immediately, and may not travel the base. 5. Bleachers are available but limited! Bring folding chairs. 6. There is limited shade – weather forecast says 80 & Sunny, plan accordingly. Remember to stay hydrated – water/shade/sunscreen! 7. Limit of 3 registrations per Cadet – this event will be capped at 400 attendees and will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. 8. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS – no exceptions.
